  • Blend the apple and the cucumber together
  • Add in the lemon juice
  • Add this mixture in the Alor Aloe Vera Juice.
  • Add some ice cubes and enjoy chilled!

Ingredients
  • 1 canALOR Aloe Vera pieces
  • 1 Chicken (chopped into chunks)
  • 2 dozen Peppercorns ( crushed)
  • 5 Red Dates
  • 2 liters Water
  • Salt (according to taste)
Method
  • Mix chicken, crushed peppercorns, red dates and water. Double boil this mixture for about 2 hrs.
  • Once the mixture has boiled properly, add ALOR Aloe Vera pieces and continue boiling for another half an hour
  • Add salt according to taste and your hot Aloe Vera Chicken soup is ready.

Method
  • Put sugar and lime juice in a saucepan and add ALOR Aloe Vera cubes to it.
  • Cook the mixture over low heat, until the liquid thickens and the cubes display the texture of hardened grapes.
  • Allow it to cool and serve over plain yoghurt.

  • ½ can Aloe Vera pieces (no syrup)
  • ½ tsp. Red Chili powder
  • 1 tsp. Coriander powder
  • A pinch of Asafoetida
  • ½ tsp. Fenugreek seeds
  • ½ tsp. Aniseeds

  • ½ tsp. Jaggery (a small piece)
  • 1 Black Cardamom
  • 1 Star Anise
  • 1 inch piece Cinnamon stick
  • 1 tbsp. tomato puree
  • 1 tsp. plain yogurt
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for pan (a small amount)
Method
  • Boil ALOR Aloe Vera Pieces with salt – 2 to 3 minutes then set aside.
  • In a pan with a little oil, add whole spices, then add the asafetida, red chili powder, jiggery, salt (a pinch) and coriander powder.
  • Add a little water and put the ALOR Aloe Vera Pieces in pan. Let simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Mix the beaten yogurt to the curry and keep stirring on medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Serve with missiroti and plain rice.

Method
  • Blend 1 pear (remove skin) with ¼ cup aloe vera pieces with syrup. Add a dash or splash of fresh squeezed lemon juice.

  • 1 cup of ALOR Aloe Vera Pieces with syrup
  • 2 tsp. of lemon juice
Method
  • Blend ALOR Aloe Vera Pieces.
  • Add guava juice and lemon juice. Mix well and drink.

  • 1 cup Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1 Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 Fresh Garlic Clove, Chopped
  • 2 Fresh Tomatoes
  • 3 Fresh Baby Marrow
  • Salt to taste
Method
  • Add the tomatoes, baby marrow, garlic and ALOR Aloe Vera Pieces into a blender and blend it until a thick paste forms.
  • Add into a bowl and mix the rest of the ingredients for a nice chunky effect.Enjoy!
