Job Summary: The Regional Sales Executives will be responsible to plan, organize, direct, coordinate, administer and control the sales activity to help identify markets. Perform activities necessary to achieve sales goals and the objective for maximizing growth, gross margin and profitability. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery. Regional Sales Executives will be accountable to, and be supervised by the Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Constantly explore new opportunities, both stand-alone and chain accounts, within allotted region, to collect information and feedback.
  2. Will be given specific territories to manage.
  3. Meet sales goals and objectives assigned by Sales Manager. Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as assigned time to time.
  4. Supervise established client accounts. Develop and maintain the relationships with current customers and potential customers and resolving their concerns.
  5. Should be persuasive and have the capability to place the company’s products properly merchandized and displayed at eye-level at retailer’s shelf.
  6. Prepare a variety of sales status reports that include activity, follow-up, closings, and adherence to targets.
  7. Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales contracts and put services of the contract into practice and maintain them.
  8. Coordinate shipping programs and delivery of the company’s products and services.
  9. Participate in marketing events like trade shows, seminars and related activities.
  10. Provide direct and detailed training to new sales employees.
  11. Assist in the execution of marketing plans of company as required.
  12. Should have good verbal and written communication skills. Computer experience is a must.
  13. Able to meet fixed deadlines and manage under pressure. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced environment.
  14. Willingness to travel, with short notice, and sometimes overnight travel.
  15. Follow-up for collection of payments.
  16. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

  1. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent. Undergraduate preferred.
  2. Work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients. This requires the possession of a valid state driver’s license.
  3. Experience in the food/beverage sales market.
  4. Experience developing brokers, distributors and individual supermarket relationships.

Job Summary: : VP shall be responsible for sales of the company’s products and services in Canada. And ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. Also, to identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings. Report to CEO/President at USA.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Management in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
  2. Identify & work with Team of Distributor & Brokers
  3. Establish and manage effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
  4. Manage sales to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.

  6. Ensure distribution of products in all Sales Channels and Segments viz., Supermarket Chains, Wholesale and Retail trade and on the go eateries including institutions etc.

  9. Recruit the Team and overall Office & Operation Management

Details of Functions:

  1. Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiate sales price and discounts in consultation with Management.
  2. Manage personnel and develop sales and sales support staff.
  3. Review progress of sales roles throughout the assigned territory.
  4. Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
  5. Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
  6. Provide quarterly results/ assessments of sales staff’s productivity.
  7. Coordinate properly the company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
  8. Implement sales policies, practices and procedures as per company culture and practices.
  9. Assist sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers.
  10. Collaborate with Marketing Manager to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
  11. Interpret short- and long-term effects of sales strategies on operating profit.
  12. Educate sales team by conducting programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.
  13. Review expenses and recommend economies.
  14. Hold regular meeting with sales staff.
  15. Responsible for Profit & Loss Canadian Territory.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements: Degree in Marketing or Business Studies, MBA from reputed institute preferred, with a minimum of 7 to10 years of related experience. Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information. Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team. Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies. Must have ability to identify market requirements and new product identification. Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required. Should posses a valid driver’s license.

  1. 5-10 years of experience in senior sales management dealing with big Chain Stores, national level distributors, Brokers with good networking.
  2. Proven track record of managing and directing a highly skilled, motivated and result oriented sales force.
  3. Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to drive sales teams
  4. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  5. Should be able to create and make presentations to customers and other stakeholders effectively. Experience with relevant software applications.
  6. Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment and willing to travel and work with a global team of professionals.
  7. Should have good contacts to build a network of supplies to big chain stores and broker as well as distributor network preferably nationwide. (Must)
  8. Should be able build and lead the team.
